Migration of Selected SYSTRONICS Solutions from Packaged Products to Customized Products

Due to market demand, SYSTRONICS has started the migration of selected solutions from Packaged Products to Customized Products. This transition will be made gradually, over a period of one year, with sufficient advance notice to our user base. During the transition period, customers will be supported under our Cover (formerly Software Assurance) Agreement. After the completion of transition, affected products will be treated as Customized Products and will be supported on a case-by-case basis, as it is done with any other custom developed solution.
