ACCPAC Advantage Series Now Enabled for
Post Dated Checks Handling
for small and large organizations
Dubai – October 1, 2003: SYSTRONICS, an ACCPAC Development Partner, today announced the release of CashWorks 5.1A for ACCPAC Advantage Series. CashWorks is specifically designed to simplify transaction processing regardless of whether they are current or post dated.
"With CashWorks, our customers will be able to use ACCPAC Advantage Series to process post-dated checks for the first time, which is especially beneficial for those organizations that are based in countries where this particular payment method is popular," said Zareh Tutunjian, CEO of SYSTRONICS.
Real estate agents and distributors are among those who will benefit the most from CashWorks where tenants and resellers have to settle their dues by handing over Post Dated Checks (PDCs), upon signing tenancy contracts or receiving merchandise.
"PDCs worth more than millions of dollars change hands daily. Managing stocks of PDCs and presenting them to the bank on their due dates is a nightmare without a tool like CashWorks. Our product lets users track PDCs by customer, vendor, bank, date and other key parameters that help them extensively in their cash flow management," added Tutunjian.
Specially designed statements of accounts, transaction details and aged trail balance reports for customers and vendors are also included in CashWorks, in addition to reports for G/L transactions.
"Receipt and payment vouchers with unique reference numbers are available in CashWorks and are designed in Crystal Reports allowing ACCPAC Solution Providers to customize them according to the needs of their customers," continued Tutunjian, concluding that "all analytical reports are replicas of those available in ACCPAC Advantage Series with the difference that our product allows users the option to include the provisional effect of PDCs on each of them."
