Summary of Duties
The successful candidate will be involved in all Sage ERP Accpac related activities of the company, from pre-sales demos, to analyzing customer's requirements, installation, implementation, end-user training and support. Additional responsibilities include implementation project management, preparation of marketing materials, conducting on-line demos, training sessions, providing remote support and writing custom reports. This individual may also get involved in company's software development activities, including, but not limited to, requirements analysis, application design, documentation, testing, training, and implementation.
Abilities and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Over 2 years experience as an ERP consultant for Sage ERP Accpac, or SAP, or MS GP
- Must understand business transaction flows, processes and concepts as they relate to ERP implementations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Excellent client facing communication and presentation skills
- Must have initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Willing to travel
- High GPA is an advantage
- Experience with databases is an advantage
- Willingness and ability to work in a team
