Intercompany Utilities 5.6B for Sage Accpac ERP consists of several intercompany sub modules each of which provides a different functionality and can be activated independently in Accpac. The following sub modules are shipping with the current version:
- Consolidated Reports
- Vendor Synchronization
- Item Synchronization
- Account Synchronization
The Consolidated Reports sub module combines data from multiple Sage Accpac companies and produces consolidated AR and AP aging and transaction reports. The three synchronization sub modules help with the creation and maintenance of identical definitions for A/P Vendors, I/C Items and G/L Accounts across multiple Sage Accpac companies.
- Prints Aged Receivables with data consolidated from multiple company databases.
- Prints Aged Payables with data consolidated from multiple company databases.
- Prints Vendor Transactions with vendor balances from multiple company databases.
- Prints Customer Transactions with customer balances from multiple company databases.
